The point is you cant just do mild dry fasts, CICO, or mild working out, you have to 'crest over' the gravity of it + avoid double whammy of insane GC processed slop, which basically means never allowing anything processed into ur stomach & working out fulltime, its just insurmountable

You have to stop eating heavily processed foods. If you just make all of your food at home and don’t use bread or pasta or carby crap like that or processed boxed foods, you will stop all weight gain.

If you reduce how much you eat in addition to first item you will start to lose weight—fast.

If you exercise regularly while losing weight you’ll feel better and be less depressed while you shed your lbs.
