I don't know but they should be seeking mentors because when you're on your own it's pretty crucial to have some experienced attorneys you can comfortably call when you're unsure about something or need guidance. I had some 180 attorney friends who helped me, but I regretted not building strong enough relationships with attorneys I respected while I was in law school.

you don't, but taking pretrial, trial advocacy, mediation, drafting courses are going to be far more useful than some bullshit like Sociology and the Law

edit: a clinic too, much better use of time than ed board on whatever journal you're on
