People who went to "less prestigious" schools or who have "less prestigious" careers often have hangups about it, develop napoleon complex, etc. It's really sad. I don't know why it is so prevalent in law but almost completely absent in other intellectual careers like engineering. It definitely doesn't reflect well on the types of people lawyers are.
