There's no 1099 req or shit from buying SOL on Solflare. They really have no idea what actual gains/losses are and only idiots wld report everything (even if they cld, its too furking complicated keeping track of ur transactions)

The way they should have done this is just track outflows and inflows between banks and crypto platforms, and just taxed people on the difference or something, rather than require totally unverifiable self-reporting on all transactions within crypto. |
