Israel gets:
Judicious US air support against Iran, targeting the following: some regime structures, military installations, weapons hardpoints, and legitimate threats to Israeli and American interests in the region
Iran gets:
A good faith agreement that residential areas and buildings and most critically energy and water infrastructure as well as civilian logistical depots will not be targeted; minimal disruptions to Iranian civilian life
An updated but still true to spirit agreement regarding their nuclear energy program (I'm a fan of nuclear energy personally and as long as they aren't developing weapons with it and they're keeping it up to code, they can keep it. Energy independence for the Shiite states is an important goal in pacifying the region)
UN observers and peacekeepers deployed to the region with civilian aid and some international help with ensuring state stability. The DoD should've learned enough from Iraq to realize that keeping state bodies and organs from collapsing into freefall tailspins is key for preserving the integrity of the "living state" i.e. the logistical network that aids in circulating goods and services and keeping citizens safe
The United States gets:
peace of mind
Netanyahu removed from power and replaced by moderate center-right leaders within the Knesset
Laterality and freedom to engage with Iran as a new trade and diplomatic partner; a new openness with the Iranian peoples. No reason to block out the Shiites from participating in the shared future of the region
I think this would speak to the core of the issues of all parties within the region and help move Iran closer to energy independence as well as their nascent attempts at Westernizing while avoiding the mistakes of Iraq. Iranian regime leaders will be granted amnesty and are expected to participate in the will of the Iranian peoples
This all seems very fair and good to all parties involved and helps to preserve the most important parts of the interests of the various parties while providing off-ramps to a better future for the region. Israel can settle without "Greater Israel" while defanging their most immediate threat, Iran gets to preserve its status as an independent third pole within the region and continue pursuing energy independence, and the international consensus regarding issues of nuclear proliferation and the American commitment to its diplomatic partners are both preserved.
Israel wants: a neutralization of Iranian aggression (✅), Greater Israel (❌), a bailout for their aggressions (✅ with some adjustments to make sure it doesn't happen again)
Iran wants: motion towards sustainable energy independence (✅), greater access to Western markets and institutions (✅), an end to constant Israeli provocations (a provisional ✅ to that), and to not be as politically isolated within the region as they currently are (✅)
America wants: the right to unilaterally pursue its own foreign policy preserved (✅), an end to trade disruptions within the region (✅), continued oversight over Iran's nuclear facilities (✅), and a key regime (but not national) threat to oil production neutralized (✅)
Again this seems very fair and will help preserve the stability of all the states involved while salvaging the best outcomes available from the mess that already is in motion
