There is no universal agreement on anyone else but Germanics. Furthermore, Germanic DNA is really easy to trace, because Germanics arrived so recently in many parts of the world, and because they are do damn good at preserving their DNA, just on an individual basis. If you're worried about white people surviving for the next 50 years go to Mexico and see the white people who have survived there for 500 years. There are still pockets of slavic countries where Germans from 700 years ago still celebrate old German holidays. Nothing will stop them.

Germanics took over western europe after Rome fell. We all know that. And until recently there's been no one willing to challenge them.
