i figure if it’s a test designed to predict success as a lawyer, continuing to be good at it should be good for my career. as such, i prefer to stay up to date with lsac’s views on the matter. i mean, you wouldn’t go and buy a bunch of powdered wigs because it’s the way the profession *used* to be practiced. it does kind of suck to shell out for the new kaplan course every year, but it’s an investment in my future.
