What are you babbling about? I'm not talking about a federal commission. Elections are run by the states. Bipartisan state commissions that draw maps have a proven track record of success, at least relative to the alternatives. You can easily incentivize the creation of said commissions the same way we incetivized states to raise the drinking age to 21. |
