Not at all unusual for a genuinely good note to get picked up by a law review as an article. Not terribly likely at the absolutely best journals, but still common at good ones. my family professor published numerous articles in american journal of family law ... i think they have some sort of review system, but it's the general editor's approval that carries the most weight. |
