anyway, the actual is answer is that while billionaires should pay more, there's a lot more people who make 400k+ so raising taxes on that group raises a lot of money and there's not much they can do about it.
Furthermore, since Mr 53 percent Mitt Romeny crashed and burned both parties seem to agree that poor people should pay zero or negative tax rates (unlike IN EUROPE where everyone pays their FAIR SHARE) |
