Major issues spotted plus use of all the facts should = good to go, I hope.

FWIW I passed last yr and didn't start studying until beginning of July. after the exam I thought I had failed horribly. if u graduated above median from a half decent school your chances of fail are very low |

Date: June 28th, 2012 12:46 AM Author: dull frozen dingle berry school performance is HIGHLY correlated with bar passage. i remember i was freaking out about passing last year and found some law review article that said top 1/2 of ucla students pass at a 99% clip, but bottom 10% was abysmal, like 20% or some shit. google it, was a good article. most of the bar failers are URMs / bottom of the class types. if u are white and did okay u have a very very low chance of failing. I scraped by on the practice MBE with a 128/200. I feel like I'm busting ass and just barely hitting the targets for the minimum pass, so how is it that so many in the top half of the class at a halfway decent school pass this thing? Is BarBri just flame with grading/progress goals? I can't visualize that 80% of my school will pass |
