What kind of grades do you need ITE to get a tertiary market associate position? Think Seattle, Denver, Miami, Atlanta, Charlotte

Put it in percentile rank please

kikes set up the whole legal hiring system. it's an example of brutal culling/survival of the fittest

that is how kikes operate when they are free to do what they want.

i'm pretty sure kikes would have gladly taken management positions in the death camps if they were allowed

You need to get the highest grades possible. Do not be that person who banks on the hometown connect (unless it is a real connection and not just ties) and gets shut out when 5 or 6 high grades people from his area bid there as a safety.

My MidLaw firm gave 8/9 offers to their most recent class (9/17 the year before). I'm in a class of 8 or 9, I'm told. Should I be worried?

Probably median or better. The firm will have a small class and fit will matter more than grades for some1 from CCN. As the poster below stated though, midlaw SA programs are dangerous. They routinely no offer people, even during the boom years.

If you're doing corporate a much better plan is to practice in a top market first and lateral after a few years. 2-3 years at Stroooooock is better than 2-3 years at Midlaw McGee, LLP for a junior's resume.

This is TCR. Someone median from CN should be bidding on all of the shops V30-V100. The more darts at the dartboard the better.

Heard the word used by multiple partners, both to bash other firms and just in informal conversation, "yeah, we're a good shop". If you want to be a stickler for formalism I suggest you do it on TLS or some forum where every other word isn't NIGGER KIKE WHORE SLUT WGWAG.

Since you're talking about a secondary market, realize they won't group NYU up there with Columbia and Chicago.

I was slightly above median at CCN -> secondary market mid-law.

But. I did not get an offer. And now I've been reduced to applying to intermediate state appellate courts (which isn't a bad gig, but it demonstrates where I am more generally).

I'm not sure how I'll do that with a state appellate court and probably midlaw at best in the secondary market, but if you say so, sure.

And that's assuming I even get hired by the state appellate court. Or don't go to Bali and live out my days directing Eat, Pray, Love tourists to the house that Lonely Hunter's double helped to build.

If you can't get the big, unselective NYC firms, you have no chance at going back home...HTFH. There's no such thing as a fallback firm ITE.
