doing SS, ive been able to increase my squat 5 lbs every workout for the last 5 or 6 weeks. now i'm hitting a bit of a plateau. i saw another thread where u told the guy to increase it every WEEK, not workout - so it's okay to keep the weight static for 3 workoujts?

evaluate your diet and sleep quality. if you're not getting 7+ hours of sleep per night and 4000+ calories of food (you should be gaining weight on SS), then you're not doing the program and you shouldn't expect the same results. if you are eating and sleeping enough, then maybe you need to reset and possibly consider hitting the presses with fractional plates. if you're doing everything right and you reset 2-3 times at the same weight, you might want to switch to an intermediate program.
