i'm getting called from a collection company. and the calls started a couple of months ago. they haven't reported anything to equifax/transunion/experian (maybe the company requested them to not do this for their accounts?).

it seems like they wouldn't want to sue me over this because the amount is relatively small, we're (me, the company, the collections agency) are all in different states, and there may be a plausible constructive dismissal claim.

i was thinking of calling them and offering 3k to stfu.
