Succession was great and ended 2023. Hollywood as an industry has been buttfucked pretty viciously by various factors for the past 2-3 years. I think there are better days ahead for HBO past 2025. Unfair to compare to the epic run of 99-07. They had a massive advantage over the rest of the industry as the eyeballs shifted and still had DVDs selling massively and no Netflix (or Prime or Hulu or anyone else) as competitors.
