This one is reasonable. "Low hanging fruit" is ok so long as it's not over-used. The rest are abominations.

Although I’ve always considered myself to be a full service poaster, my learning suggests that in order to get over the wall and to have impact on my dear readers, it is necessary to grab the low hanging fruit while managing your expectations. As a result, it is time to break down the silos and take it to the next level. Since I’m going to be out of pocket for awhile in order to take it offline, I am reaching out to you dear readers to synergize and utilize your skills to come up with a solution that will tee it up for when I circle back. At that point, we let’s talk around that some more.

"Manage expectations" is useful, and doesn't necessarily imply you're not going to do your part. Sometimes people expect more than they'll possibly get given the circumstances, especially when they're in negotiations.

I've always thought "out of pocket" was dumb, especially since "on my blackberry" is as easy to say. I've never heard anyone refer to "breaking down silos" and don't really know what that would mean.

I've understood it to mean that someone isn't in the office, but has cell and blackberry service.

I hate when someone (like "Mark") calls you and says "Hey Evan, Mark" instead of "Hey Evan, this is Mark." Why do they do this?

it's a bit much if they don't really know you, but if it's your friend or something, it can be ok. especially if you are in regular phone contact with them.

"leverage" in the sense of "use" is kind of annoying, i guess. i don't feel that passionately about it though. i mean, i'm not crazy.
