Date: July 1st, 2012 7:24 PM Author: snowy unhinged site corn cake i got over my depression by going nuts w/ exercise. went like 2 hours a day and ate like 1200-1500 calories. got in the best shape of my life, and i was a former college athlete.
i think part of my depression was that id never be as in shape or good at something as i was in college. the fact that i proved myself wrong felt good and kinda snapped me out of it, made me realize my life wasn't over yet. also gotta hella attention from the ladies, which really helps snap you out of a funk. |

You don't need anything else. Don't go crazy with tons of extra resources that you'll waste mucho time trying to read. Simply hit the above three over and over.
Kaplan shit is a particularly big waste of time for step 1. |
