Do you think in 3 weeks, we might see Florida just letting people go back to work, Disney World re-opened, etc, while in California the national guard polices people leaving their homes?
That would be a weird result but almost seems likely.

Seems possible but the breakdown might be by county or even city
FLmo, some counties are SHUTTING | IT | DOWN while others don't seem to care much. The more populated counties are starting to have bitter divides between the policy approaches of the various towns---to the point where you're starting to overhear specific gripes about so and so town's lack of a shutdown
This all changes if news from doctors, from the front lines, continues to worsen though
