Spread your cheeks and give it a few precise dabs with toilet paper literally right on your hole. I’ve found that wiping while seated keeps your hole stretched and can help get in all the crevices, but I suggest giving it another good precise swab after you stand up and things settle back into their normal, although again spread your cheeks to make it easier to get in there.
