2. Very in love. Maybe too much. Tough to keep up appearances at work around each other.

3. We’ve taken some insane risks. I brought her to a work-related event of a friend as an open girlfriend and realized we had some connections in common. Fortunately the dudes seemed cool with it and are unlikely to rat us out.

4. Wife is all over the map. First she said she wanted to date other people. Then she walked that back.

5. Wife is using the kid as leverage and it’s annoying. I try to go almost every day for a few hours at least. She always comes up with an excuse why she needs to be present and makes it annoying to see him without the distraction of her emotions.

6. Financially it sucks. Wife is legit getting probably 70 percent of the benefit of my pay at the moment. Stays in our nice expensive place and I send her cash. She seems to use the cash on vacations and luxuries for herself. It’s not sustainable forever but because of guilt and because I make a lot I’m willing to put up with it for probably up to a year.
