Donald Barr converted to Catholicism and was apparently deeply devout and pious about it. Robert Maxwell was some Czech guy who spent his whole life trying to be British. You don't seem to know anything about the case. In the Florida case it was the Palm Beach County sheriff who got involved. He kicked it up to the feds because he literally, LITERALLY thought there was too much local corruption in favor of Epstein. He said the entire case made him "lose faith in the entire justice system." He thought bringing the Feds in would help him. They had 40 witnesses with sworn testimony. And Acosta came in and put the kibosh on it. He was absolutely devastated.

These are all really obvious day 1 questions anyone familiar with the case would know and you're coming at it from a bizarre angle.
