We generally turn everything over. The only exceptions I can think of are things such as victim's address, phone numbers, etc and things like informants who have an ongoing relationship with the police. There is very specific case law on that stuff, though. |

I wanted to be an AUSA when I first got out of law school, and am starting to apply for those jobs. Otherwise, may insurance defense, something like that. I'm not ready to completely sell out and go criminal defense yet. |
