Yep. Particularly if you only gave it the amount of time that BB recommends, your 5/10 effort on this probably translates as a 7-8.5 on the real thing--a nice wad of points.
Was this on the practice testing day, where you also wrote two essays and then the MPT? On that, I too got a 5/10 for the MPT. There were other folks who didn't write any essays and just spent the whole time doing the MPT--I'm sure they got scores of 7+, but it's hard to see how that kind of practice could help much...
oh good - I only did the allotted time for the MPT, 90 min, and didn't go over. I suck at the real essays because I don't know the law well enough, and I keep getting tripped up by NY distinctions. But doing above target on the MBEs.
