If so, then you would be crossing into Unauthorized Practice territory.
But simply explaining the law, giving an explanation of the grievance and then informing them that the person has the legal right to take action wouldn't be "practicing" since you have no plans on performing any legal action in this matter.
Also, try not to sign the letter with "Attorney" in your name, just to be safe. |
