my impression is that the LA office isn't particularly busy and there isn't enough work to keep associates on a 1900-2000 average. once you figure in the gunners who are billing 2500+, there are a bunch of associates who are just coasting on low hours, including 3-4 female associates i know who basically are just collecting paychecks at this point. |
