I'm inhouse in a secondary city making more than that and I went inhouse after only 3 yrs. The equity stake might make it worth it if you actually believe in it I guess, though in all likelihood it will turn out to be worthless. It sounds like the job could actually be rewarding though on a day to day basis so fk it I'd just do it. Try to get at least 120k out of them though man.
