any other normal people worried by the reflexive anti-Israel responses to this Iran tanker attack? for example look at the number one twitter thread on the topic (like all respectable analysis it doesn't mention the possibility of "false flag")

1. A few quick thoughts on what was most likely another Iranian attack on oil tankers in the Gulf of Oman. This is a serious escalation. I don’t think we are on the verge of war. But risk of conflict just went up...

Very good analysis. All angles of strategy and deterrence were coverd with fine analysis and observations. What will happen in the next days is crucial.
EVERYONE else in the thread is spouting disturbing anti-Semitic conspiracy theories

Um...why would Iran do this? They don't have any actual logical reason to do this. The only ones desiring a war right now are in the United States and in Israel. It seems to me you are lying.

"Most likely another Iranian attack". Or one of any number of other countries could be responsible, with the sole intention of fanning the flames. We do not know yet but sure, just say it was most likely Iran.

It all makes sense and most likely this is a correct analysis. We’re ruling out entirely possibility of false flag ops though, I wonder on what basis
