Insane reality: no scientific basis to mandate wearing of face diapers
Poast new message in this thread
Date: September 16th, 2020 2:59 AM Author: red electric chapel marketing idea Despite the fact that it's completely illegal to do so, there is also no actual observed benefit in terms of virus spread. It just "feels" like it probably helps. That's the only argument libs/Trump/boomers put forward. There's volumes of studies showing they do nothing to inhibit microbial travel in air, and are harmful to the wearer long-term due to hypoxia and collection of respiratory waste millimeters from the wearer's nose

Date: September 16th, 2020 3:04 AM Author: Multi-colored bronze lettuce newt only benefit i see is that it protects others from a person with active symptoms - because the mask traps the sick person's exhalation, coughing etc. but as a prophylactic, a mask seems like flame |
 |
Date: September 16th, 2020 3:05 AM Author: red electric chapel marketing idea that may be a benefit you "see," but according to science it does not exist. The person's exhalation simply escapes out the sides of the diaper, and through the space in the weave (obviously much larger than a viral cell) and swirls about in the air as an aerosolized pathogen. I recommend clicking the link in the OP. (https://xoxohth.com/thread.php?thread_id=4625525&forum_id=2#40927590) |

Date: September 16th, 2020 3:07 AM Author: Multi-colored bronze lettuce newt if the virus is in respiratory "droplets," how would a mask not help in trapping at least some of that? (https://xoxohth.com/thread.php?thread_id=4625525&forum_id=2#40927593) |
|
Date: September 16th, 2020 3:19 AM Author: red electric chapel marketing idea the virus is not only in large respiratory droplets, it's in aerosolized microscopic vapor. A virus can live inside water molecules much, much smaller than a visible "droplet" that would be trapped by a non-airtight membrane.
Very few people become ill because somebody sneezes into their mouth. Aerosolized microbes live inside water that is vaporized and microscopic. Note the odor when someone near you passes gas -- there are bacteria (much larger organisms than viral cells) in that gas causing that odor, which cannot be filtered by a person's clothing.
For proof I recommend looking at some of the evidence provided in the link in the OP, which is based on scientific study rather than "I feel like a cloth covering catches droplets -- how could it not? That's my feeling" |

Date: September 16th, 2020 3:28 AM Author: Cobalt Big-titted Mental Disorder Trailer Park cloth coverings don't really work that well
you have to wear the n95 masks and surgical masks work a lot better than cloth |
|
Date: September 16th, 2020 3:30 AM Author: red electric chapel marketing idea this is a great feeling that certainly appears logical at first glance.
However, there's no science that suggests widespread use of either n95 or surgical masks impacts the "glide path" of the covid-19 virus once it arrives in a community.
It's also a direct contradiction of the CDC position that cloth masks work great |
|
Date: September 16th, 2020 3:32 AM Author: Cobalt Big-titted Mental Disorder Trailer Park i read a study a little while ago on the efficacy of different types of masks in preventing the spread of respiratory diseases
very interesting study, can't remember the name. but i think the gist was if people wear n95, etc. masks and properly wash their hands without touching their eyes or mouth, it is very effective.
the issue is most people are fucking idiots and will touch their eyes or whatever. and fat people are beyond help and probably eat everything in sight without washing their hands.
if you aren't a retard and you wear a n95 mask ore ven surgical mask and wash your hands, it is much better than not wearing a mask IMO |
|
Date: September 16th, 2020 3:33 AM Author: red electric chapel marketing idea sounds like we are in agreement, no science has been able to show any benefit to widespread use of face coverings (https://xoxohth.com/thread.php?thread_id=4625525&forum_id=2#40927653) |

Date: September 16th, 2020 3:34 AM Author: Cobalt Big-titted Mental Disorder Trailer Park the CDC is literally run by a boomer autist who first said "don't wear a mask- they don't help"and then a month later said "wear a mask, they help"
I don't listen to the CDC |

Date: September 16th, 2020 3:40 AM Author: Cobalt Big-titted Mental Disorder Trailer Park I listen to whoever wrote the study I read and also recommendations from other countries with better COVID rates than the US.
The US is literally full of fat people and boomer leadership who encourage people to eat processed foods/sugar and eat cheese. If anything, US leadership is trying to make the population fat/unhealthy to benefit bigpharma, bigfood, and bigagro. They do not have the interests of the American population at heart, and we are some of the unhealthiest in the entire world. So yeah, I don't listen to "American scientists" because most of them work for bigpharma and bigagro.
At the very least, they are ignorant; at the worst, they are malicious and trying to create a weakened, sick, and subservient population dependent on over priced healthcare and medications. I have not listened to these fat, unhealthy nut jobs for many years and I won't start any time soon. |

In June there was a 300 person funeral and party with a bunch of retarded obese Micronesians who dont speak english, live 20 people to an apartment, and are the fattest and unhealthiest people in the world. Something like 70 people caught it from a single event and it spread in the Micro community.
Small number statistics are misleading. The number of cases in Hawaii is tiny. |
