My vision was fucked up & I also had some weakness on one side. Not sure if it messed with my speech because I live alone & didn't converse with anyone.

If I lived with someone or if it happened on a day that I had to work, I would have gone to a hospital. But I live alone and I didn't have to work. And I was really tired and the whole thing felt really similar to a hangover. So my inclination was to sleep it off, which I did.

By late afternoon I was feeling better enough to go to the store and buy some baby aspirin. I was smart enough to know that my short term risk of having another (bigger) stroke was high, hence the aspirin. I never sought out any medical advice for it. I have a couple close family members that have careers in healthcare and I haven't even told them.

The only lingering thing was that for the next few days is that people's eyes looked weird. It's like I had double vision with eyes, and only eyes.

I have continued taking the daily aspirin. I should probably get a PCP and see what they have to say about all this.
