a) Chinese enrollment in US colleges has been dropping for 5 years, but more importantly b) Chinamen coming to the US so they can make lots of money isn't at all a "dependency", it's a luxury. This is similar to how if the US disappeared China would be less rich since they can't sell shit to us at a markup, but they would get by just fine being so self-sufficient.
