i wont get into my particulars but i've rolled with a former bellator champion around my weight, 2 ufc veterans, a former adcc finalist and a world renown, legendary pioneer of mma/bjj who is probably 170 and about 53. i'm basically a high level weekend warrior.
you can't do ANYTHING we these guys. ZERO. nothing. you can try to survive, but you are completely at the will of a professional fighter. anything that is happening is COMPLETELY under their control.
i can't stress this more: you can't do ANYTHING with these guys. |

my professor has deep access to a lot of ufc/bjj guys and i've been part of the "fight camp" crew at the school for a couple of years. "so X is coming over to train for a fight on Y and wants some training partners. if you're free come by at noon for rolls." so i've had a good opportunity to roll with a lot of guys and even when they say "go hard" it's completely fucking pointless. i'm a 210 pound bag of sand getting tossed around. all of us but 3 guys give real fights and 2 of them include another mma vet and the other was an adcc finalist and all american d1 wrestler. there are just levels to this shit. in so cal you know, the rolling there is ground zero. some of the best are all over the place. |

As others ITT have pointed out, MMA guy walks around at close to the same weight as chad but is leaner, stronger, more powerful and much better conditioned. So even just physically, it isn't a contest. The training would make it waaaaay lopsided. In fact, the training is much more important than the physical advantage MMA guy would have.
A 145 pound MMA fighter would fucking dust a 210 pound "chad". |
