3LOLCI at least exists at CCN and there is a possibility to trade up to V10s if you had a biglaw SA offer. but i would bet dewey takes many summers from schools in the T25 where there are 0 firms coming to 3LOLCI. i just feel terrible since those kids won the lottery only to lose the ticket somewhere in the house. |

High debt (query whether any partners personally guaranteed the credit line or the bonds) and diminishing prospects. Rainmakers, even with guarantees, are bailing which means they don't see themselves getting paid.
Big question is how long and whether there is something that survives. Dewey is a marketable name (unlike heller or thelen). I doubt it happens though.
