I think of his stuff as a really interesting curiosity. His compositions are intentionally very limited. Nothing else quite gives me the same feeling as listening to the Gymnopedies, but it's a static kind of sensation, at least for me.

I like him, but it's almost as if he's not a "composer" in the same sense as someone like Chopin.
