Date: October 26th, 2014 8:12 PM Author: White gay wizard anyone know something helpful to read? somethings? it'd be nice to get something that describes the logistics for lawyers- when different docs are needed, who does what, etc. but banking-oriented mechanics of deal stuff would be helpful too.
if not, any place i could track down deal bibles online, checklists etc.(no access to firm resources now). anyone have deals to suggest that i should read offerings of. good examples of standard deals? good example of a twist that it'd be good to know about, etc?
i know this is lame. but it's also earnest. i'm starting a new cap markets job and am oh-so-screwed. pretty good at picking things up. but had like 0 experience. i'd rather not get immediately found out. |
