my film would open with a young white goat laying down inside of a small round stage fringed with lace curtains, with some random hebrew letter painted in red on its side. there is some slow, minimalist background music consisting mainly of soft chime-tones. then a girl's voice intones something like "And I say unto you, that you shall tread the valley twice more before my return," and then it cuts to some dramatic violin music and a sweeping view off of a coastal promontory as a lighthouse fogbeam sweeps the sea. then we cut back to the goat, which is now in a triangular field as the main narrative begins. shit like that. |
