Upgrading the initial foul to a flagrant was correct.
The second foul should have been a flagrant 2 or a tech (i think flagrant 1 is reserved for contact during live play and this happened after the whistle blew so that's not an option).
If the refs wanted to be lenient, then fine go ahead and give her a tech to avoid an ejection that impacts the outcome of the game. But then also giving CC a tech is unjustifiable. |
