I would pay extra attention to the notice and race notice recording statutes and understand how the BFP and mortgages relate to those.

Also I would make sure you understand the concept behind present and future interests, vested remainder subject to executory interests versus contingent remainders. If you understand those, the RAP is not hard.

don't worry so much about the taxonomy of fee simple determinable etc, I think most of the questions are about conveyances, notice, mortgages, joint tenancy, etc
