2) What's the % of students who will seriously compete (not including grades component but rather just those who will work hard on writing components) for Law Review?

What's the point of this question? Is the answer really going to affect whether/how you try to get on your LR? Earth to you- especially if you're at a T2, get the hell on your LR.
