i feel worse about customer service reps cuz they are usually young and on their first or 2nd job. you can tell they are nervous about sounding corporate and protecting the company. it's like you are witnessing their change into a normal office drone, something unnatural. |

Have to say their customer service was pretty good and casual. With Chase I didn't even have to go through a machine to talk to somebody. |

these dudes are CC attending, somewhat better life to come, down to earth chill dudes who have decent social circles from HS/local bar scene
also were making 14/hr and had good hours and low stress
also potential to move up to more skilled jobs within the company with an associates/technical degree coppin dat electronics repair 100k 40hrs a week working with your hands driving around town in a sweet van tip
