this is the problem with single issue voters. especially when their single issue is so far outside the overton window that no candidate will ever earn their vote. sometimes they'll cope with being self-castrated political nullos by claiming they are "accelerationists."

If you take them as a necessary part of the wider ecosystem of thought it's really not that bothersome, even if you're hardcore pro-Israel. Hardcore pro-Israelites just need to accept that if they're going to do what they're going to do, there's going to be pushback and ultimately this is for the best as it helps to keep both parties honest and thinking about the larger goals rather than more parochial interests. Ultimately there is not much contradiction; a strong America helps a strong Israel and vice versa at varying bands of engagement and there is much to agree upon outside of Zionists vs non-Zionists or what Israel is or isn't doing at the moment
Besides, Fuentes types aren't going to swing votes downwards or steal many already decided voters; these sorts of factions are just a bonus to momentum if you have them on your side
