I think a Lebanese orthodox family bought it out a few decades ago and it’s the best I’ve had outside of LA
Been eating at least a pound of Jordanian and Lebanese olives a day, and the best knafeh Ive ever had doesn’t even need syrup
I would seriously consider moving to Tehran part of year if it became cr for Jews again |

Only other place I’ve experienced KMS level traffic was Istanbul and Tehran is worse.
