both are great schools. If you got into NYU and YLS, you will probably end up doing great things no matter what you do. But keep in mind it's not just the school you go to that counts. A lot of hard-work and effort still needs to be put in. In the end I suggest you visit both schools and see which one is the best fit for you. Law school is just school, but you'll be there for 3 years. There is no sense in being miserable for the next 3 years.
