I think the people at the not so nice place are amazing as far as their qualifications go and the work seems really interesting. The other people have slightly less amazing credentials and slightly less interesting work, but overall, I think they are more like me as far as personality goes. one of my friends said the on campus screener from K&L-DC was amazing/awesome/cool, and didn't get a callback, and a another friend who did a callback said the people there seemed miserable. who knows.
