how come i suck at cycling so bad? i can barely hold 20mph on my $2500 bike. i can hold 25mph(my top speed) for 30s... but when i started running again this summer(after a long break) my 800m time went from 3:00 to 2:41 to 2:32 after just 3 sessions. obviously it will be difficult to improve from there. but 800m in 2:30 is already much better than a 20mph bike.. i could probably hold 22 for 2:30..

my speed on rollerblades is 26km/h over 5mins. i just started rollerblading and the goal is to keep that up for 1hr. but my lower back is starting to hurt after 5mins and is pretty much done after 10mins. is it because i just got low endurance on my back extensors? i think i could go 20mph on roller blades for short periods. but that means the push is entirely sideways which uses all those weaker muscles like adductors and glut medius.

btw what is a good amount of reps you should be able to front squat with 105lbs(the weight that i got) if u want those alpha legs? i can only do 20 so far. i think i need at least 100?
