Not that it isn't affected by these other things, but not to the extent one might think. Look at the Minnesota twin studies....niggers separated from their twins and raised in affluent families don't end up much smarter than their twins as adults.
Interestingly, the black-white gap is largest on the IQ subtests that are most g-loaded (reverse digit span). G is highly genetic. |

the US is around 97 or 98 at the moment, and dropping over time. and we're an electoral democracy too lol. this is why "expanding the franchise" was always a dumb idea. |

this means that it's more important to maintain social stability when you have a large mesoamerican population, and to maintain things within a relatively narrow range of social stressors, because of the mesoamerican tendency to explode into chaos when conditions veer too far from stability. they don't have a lot of internal corrective mechanisms to deal with problems without violence. |

The Yakuza functions as a hidden pillar of society and does most of its crime through corruption while taking care of its societal patrons (taking care of the needy, organizing food drives in disasters), and when there is violence, it's kept away from civilians.
Cartels are just buckwild by comparison and any attempt to be more like this results in getting usurped by a more violent cartel. |
