For cash, get an advance off the credit card at the ATM, maybe using the bank ATM to avoid an immediate fee from the machine. You don't want to use a private ATM not tied to a bank unless you've got no other choice.
Then immediately transfer from checking to cover the whole balance so it doesn't assess interest, which is very high for cash advances. |
