What does it mean that 28,000 have been rejected? Rejected from the program entirely? I can't imagine there are 29,000 people who have finished their 10 year payments and are NOW just asking for forgiveness.
I suspect that this includes rejections for all applicants and that the number of people in the program who are not yet eligible for discharge is much higher.
Does the plan include reduced payments over the ten years? |
