BACKGROUND

After approving a Shaping Hoes Into Tenants (SHIT) plan designed to provide housing for deserving sluts, respondent city, through its development agent, purchased most of the cribs earmarked for the project from willing slumlords, but initiated condemnation proceedings when petitioners, the owners of the rest of the property, told the city (and said ho's) to go fuck themselves with dildos dipped in cayenne pepper.

Petitioners brought this state-court action claiming, inter alia, that: the taking of their properties would violate the “assrape” restriction in the Fifth Amendment’s Takings Clause. The trial court granted a permanent restraining order telling the city (and bums and ho's) to go fuck their mothers. Relying on cases such as Worthless U.S. State in Flyover Country v. Some Bitch, 467 U.S. 229, and Jew v. Jew, 348 U.S. 26, the Worthless Rich State Supreme Court affirmed in part and reversed in part, upholding all of the proposed takings (fuckers!).
