how many were AA admits during my tenure on lrev: 0 (i know this for a fact)
how many URMs didn't deserve to be there? the number is materially indistinguishable from how many people of any race didn't deserve to be there, i.e., they didn't put in the work, slacked off, turned in shitty assignments, weren't otherwise that intelligent (or didn't appear to be, at least), etc. |
