Are they really going to test us in essays on the interpleader versus impleader rules, and whether you have 20 or 30 days to file cross claims in Fed Court versus CA court?
If you want to ask about Personal Jurisdiction, SMJ, Eerie, or claim preclusion, thats fine - but dont ask me about a fucking extraordinary writ please.

i skipped the civpro lectures because it's fucking bullshit that he went through 70 pages of lecture outline in two days. gonna read straight from the CMR for that one. |
